bloodX is a blood donation platform that connects blood donors with recipients in need. Our services include:

• Emergency blood request coordination
• Blood bank and hospital partnerships
• Educational resources about blood donation

To use bloodX, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Meet blood donation eligibility requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

Medical Disclaimer

bloodX is not a medical service provider. We facilitate connections between donors and recipients but do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring they meet blood donation eligibility criteria
• Providing accurate medical information
• Consulting healthcare professionals for medical decisions
• Following proper blood donation procedures

Emergency Situations

In emergency situations, bloodX will coordinate with medical facilities but cannot guarantee blood availability or compatibility.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using bloodX, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by bloodX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bloodX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage
• Medical complications from blood donation
• Unavailability of blood in emergencies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of information
• Warranties regarding blood availability or compatibility

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bloodX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any medical complications related to blood donation

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on the Platform
• Sending email notifications to registered users
• Displaying prominent notices on our website

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
